4.1.3 Grata points are not the currency of any country, they are not electronic money, they are not any type of cryptocurrency and means of payment outside the portal.
4.1.4 Grata points are used on the portal to calculate the cost of submitting an ad, to accrue bonuses to users and to submit ads on the portal.
4.1.5 Grata Points do not have any variable exchange rate.
4.1.6 The only value of Grata points is the ability to estimate the cost of submitting an ad on the portal and submit such ads.
4.1.7 Grata points are stored on the user's balance in his personal account.
4.1.8 Grata points can be blocked as part of the user profile for violations of the portal rules.
4.2 The user undertakes not to demand a refund of the funds that were credited to his account in his personal account, if the amount of these funds is less than 10000 Swiss francs, or in terms of Grata points 1000000.
4.2.1 The user can manage available funds for an unlimited time, unless his account is blocked for violating the rules of the portal.
4.3 The portal is not responsible to users for possible loss of Grata points as a result of the actions of intruders, fraudsters who can cause any harm to the user due to the loss of access to the profile, providing access to the profile to any third parties.
4.3.1 The portal is not liable to the user for intentional or accidental (for example, loss of a mobile phone, computer, laptop, tablet or any other medium, including paper records, with profile data) lost control over the profile, as a result of which any losses were caused for the user.

4.4 The user has the right to make Grat points transactions to the accounts of other users at his own discretion or by agreement with another user, if these transactions do not cause damage to a third party or do not compromise the recipient.

4.4.1 All transactions are irreversible and cannot be cancelled.

4.4.2 In the event of an erroneous transaction, users must contact each other via messenger or email and make an honest and independent decision in the current situation.

4.5 All money received from the user is recorded in Grata points
(digital product object on the portal).
4.5.1 The user accepts the terms of using Grata points as a digital product with the possibility of using only on the portal and only for placing advertisements.

4.5.2 The user undertakes not to use Grata points for any possible collateral and collateral in favor of any third parties with the subsequent right of claim for such obligations from the portal, and legal entities and individuals associated with the portal.
4.5.3 The User accepts as a fact that the points purchased by Grata, from the moment of purchase on the portal, are not any financial, security or credit means.

4.6 The advertising placement service is provided by the site "as is" without the possibility of making claims from the user.
4.7 The portal does not bear material or moral responsibility for possible technical failures and malfunctions that impede the publication of advertising. To ensure continuity of availability and operation, the portal uses reliable hosting with availability 99.9% of the time a year.
The portal reserves the right to short outages for technical and maintenance work to improve the quality of its services. 4.9 Only by accepting these conditions, the user has the right to register on this site, make payment using his payment means, and publish his ads.
4.10 All the listed conditions 4, 4.1, 4, 2, 4, 3, 4, 4, 5, 4, 6, 4, 7, 8, 4, 9, 4.10 are recognized by the user without any other conditions and additions and requirements for any public and private bodies, including any courts of any state.

The price in the advertisement must be final without additional conditions.

Photos are prohibited:

- with collages consisting of several photographs collected into one image.

Contains service characters, extra spaces, periods, a number of identical or meaningless letters in the first line, as well as text that is not related to the content of the ad.

6.1 All advertisements posted on the portal and containing violations specified in clause 5 of the rules are deleted without warning. If violations occur again, the specific user may be denied access to the profile.

6.1.6 All accrued bonuses in the form of Grat points are deducted from the refund amount.

6.1.7 All calculations are made through the reverse conversion of Grat points into Swiss francs. 100 Grata points are equal to 1 Swiss franc.

6.1.8 If the profile is closed, the user must fill out a return form and send it to the portal administrator to receive unused funds. In the return form, you must indicate all personal details, the name of your profile on the portal, attach information about all replenishments to your profile account, information about the method of replenishment, and in some cases the portal may ask for your passport information.

6.1.9 Funds that were received from other users from other accounts through the internal transfer service of Grata Points cannot be requested for a refund.

6.1.10 For a user whose profile is closed, opening a new profile is possible only after the user writes to the administrator a statement that he will strictly adhere to all the rules. If a particular user posts deliberately false information, indicates false data and generates false profiles, the portal administration has the right to delete such profiles without warning.

6.2. For general interests, it is allowed to have a user, company, society or group of people posting advertisements, no more than three registrations (accounts). Each registration is only accessible from a separate Internet address, unique email address and telephone number.

6.3 The advertisement will be published instantly or within 3 hours after receipt of payment, if viewing the advertisement by a moderator is required.

6.4 The indicated cost of advertising includes VAT, which was paid when purchasing a digital product - Grat of points.

The cost of placing an ad depends on the selected section, the cost of the product or service offered, the duration of the ad, and the form of payment: see the section to place an ad. In a special column, select the category for publishing the ad and the publication date. The price will be provided for one day of publication and for the entire period of publication.

The cost of the advertisement includes publication for a specified period and early removal of the advertisement in case of violation of current rules.

If a detailed check and removal of additional advertising is necessary, the administration may charge an additional fee for manipulation.

6.4.1 The portal does not refund funds for advertisements deleted ahead of schedule at the user’s request.

6.4.2. The portal does not refund funds for deleted advertisements in which, in the opinion of the moderator, the rules of the portal were violated.

6.4.3. Users accept any existing or possible future damage and losses in connection with the removal of advertisements (6.4.1, 6.4.2) and undertake not to demand compensation for material or moral damage associated with any removal of advertisements.

6.5 It is not possible to change or correct an advertisement after publication has begun.

Liability and limitation of liability:

7.1 In case of temporary inoperability of the portal, the terms of announcements are extended for the period of unavailability of the portal online. This provision does not apply if the service was not available in that part of the network that is administered by providers who are not under contract or obligation with the portal.

7.2 In cases of violation of the rules of the announcement service, Swiss laws, copyright and business rights, rights to trademarks and marks, as well as in cases of loss, disturbance or inconvenience for third parties, the user (advertiser) bears full financial and legal responsibility for the content of advertisements published by him both for the announcement service and in front of third parties and government law enforcement agencies.

7.3 The company, administrator, as well as the owner of the portal are not responsible for the content of advertisements, as well as for any losses or inconveniences associated with the operation or unavailability of the portal.
